Join the Bristol Land Conservation Trust at Mount Hope Farm for a Full Moonrise Walk at the Farm Wednesday, August 30, 6 pm. This event is one of many activities around the state to celebrate Land Trust Days in Rhode Island. Participants will meet in the parking lot below the Barn for a brief welcome and introduction. The group will walk down the paved road, enjoying nature’s many sights and sounds, passing the pond enroute to the Cove Cabin. At 7:35 pm the group will gather in the big field for the rising of the Full Blue Moon. Wear appropriate clothing for the season and bring a small flashlight and your Smartphone or camera.
