Community Events & Workshops

Mount Hope Farm is a truly special place to host events like workshops, retreats, and company outings. We're a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving and sharing this historic farm with the community. To ensure we can continue offering these unique experiences, we rely on event rentals and other fundraising efforts to support our ongoing operations and conservation initiatives.

Event Rentals Include:

  • Exclusive use of the Barn or Education Center for up to 5 hours.

  • WiFi-enabled spaces

  • Tables and Chairs

  • Setup, breakdown, and cleaning costs included

  • Trusted relationships with third-party vendors for catering, linens, alcohol, and more

Optional Extras for an Added Cost:

  • A/V equipment

  • Added convenience to rent out the houses on the property to create a complete onsite event for out-of-town participants.

  • Marketing your event using our trusted network of visitors and members.

The Barn - Best for groups up to 100

Sunday - Thursday Rate: $400

Friday - Saturday Rate: $500

Education Center - Best for groups up to 15 -includes use of Smart TV for presentations or online meetings

Sunday - Thursday Rate: $150

Friday - Saturday Rate: $250

Weekend availability within our wedding season (May - November) is limited with weddings receiving top priority for booking.
