Michael Fine, MD
Michael Fine, MD, a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, serves as Chief Health Strategist for the City of Central Falls, RI, and was previously Medical Program Director at the Rhode Island Department of Corrections. He was a founder of HealthAccessRI, the nation’s first organization making prepaid primary care available to people without employer-provided health insurance. His books include Abundance, The Bull and Other Stories, and Rhode Island Stories. He also coauthored The Nature of Health and The Zero Calorie Diet. Dr. Fine’s short stories have been published monthly on RINewsToday.com since 2018
Edward Iannuccilli, MD
Edward Iannuccilli, MD, is the former chair of the Rhode Island Hospital Board of Trustees and a clinical professor emeritus at Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University. A graduate of Providence College and Albany Medical College, he has extensive experience in academics, management, governance and entrepreneurial endeavors. He was recently inducted into the RI Heritage Hall of Fame. Currently a staff writer for GoLocalProv, he is author of medical articles and of stories of his childhood, including the bestselling books Growing up Italian, Grandfather’s Fig Tree and Other Stories; What Ever Happened to Sunday Dinner?; My Story Continues, From Neighborhood to Junior High School; Growing Up Italian: Collected Stories, and his latest book, A Whole Bunch of 500 Word Stories.
Dante Bellini, Jr.
Dante Bellini, Jr. is a former principal of RDW Group, a marketing agency with offices in Boston and Providence. He has been the creative and production force behind hundreds of projects and is a multiple Emmy, Telly and Hatch award winner. Now retired, he currently puts his effort into documentary filmmaking, catalyzed by his decades-long association with Ken Burns. His first solo feature, Ken Burns: Here & There, an intimate look at the life of the iconic filmmaker, was sold to PBS and broadcast worldwide. He currently has two independent films in production and one in development.
