Our Celebration Grove

Mount Hope Farm’s newest project is the development of a Celebration Grove whereby specimen trees, pathways and seating will enhance the area around our ponds.

The Celebration Grove offers friends of the Farm an opportunity to purchase and plant a tree to mark a wedding or other special event, or to honor or memorialize a loved one. Each tree will be identified by species, and with the name of the donor or other text of their choosing.

A team of Farm volunteers, staff and landscape designers has a plan in place that includes a wide range of tree specimens (e.g., crabapple, hazelnut, hawthorn, yellow birch, holly, dogwood), set off with ADA-compliant paths, lawns, and comfortable spots to relax and watch the birds and waterfowl that regularly visit our ponds.
