He also discusses how he captured his memories in a series of books, giving you tips on how to write your own stories for publication or simply to pass on to your children and grandchildren.

About Ed Iannuccilli, MD
Dr. Iannuccilli, a retired gastroenterologist, graduated from Providence College and Albany Medical College. He has extensive experience in academics, management, governance and entrepreneurial endeavors. He served as Chair of the Rhode Island Hospital Board of Trustees and is a Clinical Professor Emeritus at Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University.
Currently a staff writer for GoLocalProv, he is author of medical articles and of stories of his childhood, including the bestselling books Growing up Italian, Grandfather’s Fig Tree and Other Stories and What Ever Happened to Sunday Dinner and My Story Continues, From Neighborhood to Junior High School. His latest book is an eBook, Growing Up Italian: Collected Stories.
