We are excited to announce that our landscape design firm has delivered amazing plans for what undoubtedly will be a favorite new spot at the Farm. Montaup (the original name of Mount Hope) Terrace will be "the" place to relax after a walk on our tree-lined trails or a visit to our weekly Farmers Market. Plus, it will be a wonderful gathering spot for folks attending our programs and for family celebrations held at the Farm.
Thanks to generous donors who helped us jumpstart our fundraising campaign, we are already just over halfway to reaching our goal that will let us start phase one of construction.
We are reaching out to you to ask that you help us complete our fundraising effort by giving to our Annual Appeal.
As a nonprofit foundation, our Annual Appeal is the time each year end when we ask you to show your love for the Farm. Rather than charging an admission fee, we count on friends like you to support our efforts by giving whatever you can to this fund drive. (Did you know that private events held at the Farm only generate half the annual revenue we need? We rely on fundraising, grants and Farm program fees for the remainder.)
And give with confidence, knowing that 100 percent of your tax-deductible 2023 Annual Appeal gift will be added to our Montaup Terrace building fund, letting us make our terrace design a reality.
